Summer Smoothie

Try this simple, refreshing summer smoothie for increased energy levels, glowing skin, relaxation and a boosted immune system. For maximum benefit use fresh, organic ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 1 tub strawberries
  • 1 orange
  • 1 handful basil
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1 teaspoon Purple Balance Raw Natural Protein (optional)

Directions

  • Wash and chop strawberries (you can leave the green leaf tops on)
  • Peel and chop orange, removing seeds
  • Wash and chop basil
  • Add all ingredients to blender and pour coconut water over
  • Blend and enjoy!
