INGREDIENTS: 3 frozen bananas 1/2 tsp vanilla extract 1/3 cup almond milk 1 tbsp Purple Balance Raw Natural Protein 1.5 tbsp raw cacao powder Topping: raw bee pollen INSTRUCTIONS: 1. This green lentil soup is super easy to make and packed with nutrition! INGREDIENTS: 2 medium sized onions 2 carrots 1 stick celery 100g green lentils 500 ml stock INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Finely chop onions, carrots and celery and place in large pan. 2. Wash lentils to remove starch and add to the pan. 3. Add the stock to the pan. 4. I’m a really busy person. I work all day and when I am not working I am either meditating, practising Tai Chi, studying or partying.
